We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

All orders are prepaid only – we do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Most orders are printed and shipped within 3–5 working days; delivery time depends on your pin code (usually 5–9 working days in total).

You’ll receive tracking details by email/SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.
If your address or contact details are incorrect and the order bounces back, re‑shipping charges may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong product choice, or “didn’t like it” reasons. Lemonana works on made‑to‑order drops, so every piece is printed specially for you.
However, we’ve got you if there’s a genuine issue:
You are eligible for an exchange only if:

You received a different size than what you ordered, or

The product has a manufacturing/printing defect or was damaged in transit.
In these cases we’ll exchange it for the same design and size (or closest available option) after checking the issue.
How to request an exchange
If there’s a size or defect issue, please:

Email us at hello@lemonana.store within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product + tag + problem area.

Our team will review and, if approved, share the next steps for pickup or re‑shipping.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
